Bhubaneswar, India: Dr. S. K. Dash, Chairman and Chancellor, Jagadguru Kripalu University (JKU) hosted H.H. Swami Mukundananda at the launch event of the new book written by Swamiji. The event was held at Rabindra Bhawan in the capital city of Bhubaneswar,Odisha.
The event began by the lighting of the lamp by Dr. S. K. Dash, H.H. Swamiji, and Dr. Kishan Lal Bhartia, popular industrialist of Odisha and Board Member of JKU.
Dr. S. K. Dash spoke about the vision of JKU that has been established to offer world-class education and avenues to students aspiring to build great careers for becoming global leaders of the future. He further emphasized the need of the hour and how through knowledge we can elevate ourselves and build a glorious future founded on holistic education.
H.H. Swamiji who is also the founder of the Jagadguru Kripalu Yog Trust expressed his thanks to Dr.Dash for his significant contribution to the upcoming 300-bedded Multipurpose Hospital near the Jagadguru Kripalu University (JKU).
The audience participated in the Aarti of Radha Krishna and soulful bhajans sung by H.H. Swamiji. This was followed by his talk on “The Life Lessons from the Bhagavad Gita” and the unveiling of his new book “Bhagavad Gita – The Song of God (A commentary by Swami Mukundananda)”.
Following COVID guidelines, the event was attended by eminent dignitaries from the in and around the city. The grand success of this event was marked by the attendance and cheer of the very enthusiastic audience who were looking forward to this JKU event.
